Unstable upper birth. Both bolts of upper seat are missing in train no 14653 Coach S1 seat 22. My relative just had a near miss accident. This is an overnight train, really doubtful if anything would be done. But needs to be fixed as someone else might get hurt. Please look into it. Train name is not correct as system not showing correct train in drop down.
