Dear Eastern Railway Customer Support, As a frequent traveler on Eastern Railway, I am writing to express my concerns about the consistently poor service I experience on Train No. 15734, specifically when traveling from Malda to Balurghat. Despite purchasing 2nd AC tickets, which are costly for this short trip, I have repeatedly encountered staff misbehavior. On multiple occasions, I have even been denied the bedroll that should be provided with this class of ticket. This level of service is unacceptable. I hope that you will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that passengers on Train No. 15734 receive the respect and service they deserve.
