My PNR no 6343418210 name vivek Complaint reference no 2025022008612 and 2025022009601 1. Staff person sell overcharging water bottle he charge rs 20 instead of rs 15. when i complaint then train food manager come and no action taken by him. 2. Staff sell other company water and when I give money the i check it was not rail neer then I told me to return water bottle and he was not returning and change 20 rs and his behaviour was very rude and one of staff person was drunk and no one taken action on this .. Attached staff photo and id card of the person who sell other company water bottle instead of rail neer and he was very rude to talk with us. please give me details of action taken . vivek das 8700829672
